This information is used to respond to your inquiry and is shared with the owner of the property you inquired about.

If you create a property-owner account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), and billing information (processed by Stripe — see below, we never see or store your card details). Your name, phone number, and an optional public contact email are displayed on the listings you publish, consistent with this site's “list by owner, contact owners directly” model.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, operate your owner account, and process payments for your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Hosting and Service Providers

This site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use Stripe to process subscription payments (Stripe never shares your full card number with us) and Resend to deliver transactional emails such as password resets. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Cookies and Advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records.

Your Choices

You may request that we delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.
